System requirements

· Processor frequency no less than 2000 MHz;
· RAM: It is recommended no less than 512 mb for stable work;
· HDD: there is minimum 50 mb free space for program installing;
· Display resolution: no less 1024x768;
· Scale (it defines operating system font's size): typical size (96 points/inch);
· It is not recommended to install various additional graphic shells which work like system decoration because of possible incorrect reflection some of windows or settings.

Please, install the program with administrator's rights!

"EasyService Help Desk" program-server installation

This program installs on chief administrator's/dispatcher's computer who will be check users' requests in a local network, also it can be installed just on a server.

1. Start up the es_server.exe file;
2. Read the license agreement. If you accept conditions of the agreement choose the point "I accept the agreement" and push the button "Next";
3. Choose an installation directory and push the button "Next".;
4. The Firebird server installation will be start up after program installation (it is compulsory to install the Firebird);
5. After program installing start the program desktop icon.

It's required to open 3050 tcp port for working databases server. If you have standart Windows firewall , it's required to add this port in exceptions on a server.

It's required to pay attention to the local interface (the option - "Local interface (IP-address)" shows it) in the settings.
If the firebird was not detected default or if it's required to show another Firebird server location and path to the program-server, then choose "Locate interface and path" and enter interface's IP-address and path to the program-server.
When all settings will have been done push the button "Save".

In the tasks list choose the menu "Reference books".
It's required to fill information about departments/groups because it is using in clients' settings.

"EasyService Help Desk" program-administrator installation

Administrator program installs on administrators', performers' and observers' computers.

1. Start up the es_admin.exe file;
2. Read the license agreement. If you accept conditions of the agreement choose the point "I accept the agreement" and push the button "Next";
3. Choose an installation directory and push the button "Next";
4. After program installation start the program desktop icon.

The first start of the program is a similar with the program-server start.

"EasyService Help Desk" program-client installation

It's required to install program-client only after entering reference-books on a server.
Program-client installs on clients' computers who will be send requests.

1. Start up the es_client.exe file;
2. Read the license agreement. If you accept conditions of the agreement choose the point "I accept the agreement" and push the button "Next";
3. Choose an installation directory and push the button "Next";
4. After program installation start up the program desktop icon.

Start up the program-client.
It's required to enter server's IP-address and the way to program-server (the way where program-server was installed on administrator's computer). Then it's required to push the button "Connect". Choose the department/group user is to belong to.
Push the button "Save".

Repeated program-client installation

If you installed the program-client and then decided to change a computer you must copy the idsystem.ini file after first starting and setting the program-client (the idsystem.ini file contains unique identificator).
